InstructionsFill pastry case with circles of thinly sliced pear. Mix next 5

ingredients and pour over, and sprinkle almonds on top.

Bake at 180 C/350 F/Mk 5 until cream custard is just set

(15-20 mins or so). Serve hot or warm with extra sprinkling of

pepper.
